Gerrit, a member of VirtualR, sent them some scanned photos of RACE 360. From what we can see, there is the BMW M3 from RACE 07 but there are some new rides such as the BMW Z4M and Aston Martin DBR9. Lizard promotional ads in game also hint that the game may be using this. There is also speculation that some cars will come from the GTR Evolution simulation.
